SUPPORT

Our Torque Lab offers our expertise with over the phone and on-site technical service. Our technical sales team has over 200 years of combined fastening experience.  We offer on-site programming assistance for your DC-Electric torque strategy and troubleshooting to ensure you get back up and running as quickly as possible.  We carry extensive inventory to match our customer’s needs.

REPAIR

Our Torque Lab has the expertise and training to repair all brands of DC electric, pneumatic and cordless tools that we sell including Desoutter and Cleco.  We are a fully certified service partner and authorized warranty repair center for Desoutter Industrial Tools.  We stock parts for all the tools that we sell. Every tool is repaired with genuine OEM parts and a full preventative maintenance is performed to the manufacturer’s specifications.

CALIBRATION

Our Torque Lab's certified technicians are available to come on site for calibration.  We can test, calibrate, and, in some instances, perform light repairs if necessary at your facility. This service will minimize downtime and turnaround time when calibration is required.  We do ultimately recommend that your tools get sent to us so we perform a full PM and calibration.  We also calibrate all makes and models of click wrenches.

APPLICATION ASSISTANCE & TORQUE SEMINARS

Our Torque Lab has a team of sales technicians that can help you understand the fastening process and spec out the right tool for your application.  We will also provide ergonomic solutions to reduce or eliminate operator fatigue.  Torque Seminars are available upon request and can be conducted either at your facility or at ours.  These seminars will break down the fastening process and help you understand the bolted joint and obtain the knowledge required to generate application specific tolerances when it comes to tightening and torque.

LAB ANALYSIS

This laboratory is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025. This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (refer to joint ISOILAC-IAF Communiqué dated April 2017)
